EFT is an emotional form of acupuncture, except without the use of needles. Instead, tapping is done using fingertips on various meridian points in the body to help release energy blockages. These energy blockages can be very detrimental to your wellbeing and unfortunately, the importance of emotional health is quite often overlooked but it is absolutely essential to your physical health and wellbeing. EFT will help to eliminate these emotional barriers and often works where nothing else will. This technique often provides very rapid and long-lasting results.

EFT works on many different emotional health issues. Things like trauma, abuse, stress, anxiety, fears, phobias, depression, grief, addictive cravings (food, cigarettes, alcohol, drugs, etc) and hundreds of physical symptoms like headaches, body pains and some breathing difficulties. It is very easy to learn and can be easily self-applied.

Gary Craig, the pioneer of EFT, developed this technique over a decade ago and has been using it with extremely successful results. Because of the high success rate, medical practitioners are employing EFT as part of their practice. I have also successfully used EFT in my practice to help people with a wide range of symptoms. I would recommend you visit Gary Craig’s site on EFT www.EmoFree.com to learn more and download a free manual. There are videos on his site that you can watch that will give you some idea about this powerful technique. If you want to find a practitioner to work with, you can do a search on the website to find someone close to you that has been specifically trained in this modality.
