1 head of garlic; peeled, separated and chopped
1 bunch of parsley; cleaned and coarsely chopped
1 quart-Organic Chicken Broth (or Vegetarian Broth)
2 tbs. Olive Oil
Put olive oil in pan and gentle sauté garlic for 2 minutes over medium heat. Then add chicken broth and parsley and bring to gentle boil. Then lower heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Drink 1 cup every hour during times of acute sickness and general malaise.
