Well my phone is already ringing off the hook this morning with all the media attention to the Swine Flu. Since I am in the San Antonio area (which is where there are several documented cases), we are getting alot of media attention here; probably even more than the national news is getting!
So the predominant question is, “What can I do to prevent infection and keep my immune system strong in case of exposure?”
Here’s some suggestions I have for keeping your body healthy and your immune system strong ALL the time:

Then I add 10 drops of each of these oils to it. Shake vigorously and spray around your house! This will kill airbone bacteria and other pollutants to help keep your air fresh and pure and your lungs free from toxins! Be sure to not spray directly on top of fine furnishings as the oils and water could have a detrimental effect. I usually spray a few feet above the carpeting around fine furniture and directly above head when there is nothing underneath for the oils/water to hurt.
